Skybreak Passenger Services


Skybreak have been operating passenger service centres at both terminals at London Gatwick Airport for more than 25 years. Through Your Service Centre, Skybreak offer a recovery service to passengers at the airport who may need to make last minute travel arrangements as a result of missed or cancelled outbound flights. The Service Centre also provide a professional airline / operator representation service.
Our role includes processing excess baggage charges, ticket amendments and collection, meeting and greeting passengers and assisting passengers who have missed their flight.
