The Special Assistance Desk is located in the North Terminal, on level 2, next to Departures.
If you already have a reservation with Express Test, they’re located on Level 0, opposite ‘International Arrivals’
If you do not have a reservation with Express Test, you can click on the ‘Live Help’ key to make a reservation or visit us on Level 2, opposite Zone D
The train station is located in the South Terminal, to get to the South Terminal you can board the free shuttle which takes around 2-3 minutes.

The drop off zones are located directly outside the airport terminals and are the most convenient place for dropping off passengers quickly and easily. Please note that all flights are currently operating to and from our North Terminal.
