While we all strive to make our flights on time, Skybreak know this is not always possible and are well trained in assisting passengers who have missed their flight and still need to get to their destination.

As a fully licensed IATA ticket desk with access to the reservation systems of low cost, charter and scheduled airlines Skybreak are always on hand to re-book passengers who have missed a flight on the most convenient alternative available.

Where this may involve an overnight stay, Skybreak have negotiated rates with the hotels in and around the Gatwick area and can assist with overnight accommodation.

In some cases an alternative flight may involve travelling from another London Airport and rest assured that we can arrange transport between Gatwick airport and any other London Airport.

Skybreak pride ourselves in being able to offer the best possible assistance for customers in what can be a distressing time, and will go to any length possible to ensure that passengers get to their destination. Our assistance is not restricted to alternative flights either. In cases where the weather restricts air travel, Skybreak will check, land sea and rail options!
