The Skybreak desk is open daily from
4am - 10pm to assist clients & provide the highest standard of service.
Along with the successful representation side of the company, Skybreak also operate a fully licensed ticket sales desk. Therefore, we are able to deal with ticket sales for our partners.
Skybreak also hold an IATA licence, which is important when dealing with the necessary features in the day-to-day requirements of our passengers and airlines. All staff are trained to deal with the sales in the airline that we represent.
Missed Passenger assistance:
Skybreak are happy to offer assistance to any passengers who have missed their flight. A member of the Skybreak team will offer the highest level of customer service whilst finding the client a suitable flight. We are also able to research onward connections with most airlines and operators.
